Can I play Zombie Catchers with my device?
We're always trying to make our games run on all possible devices. For performance reasons, some devices with less memory and processing power may not be supported. Currently, Zombie Catchers supports the following iOS devices:
Devices with operating system iOS 7.0 and later
iPhone 4S and later
iPad 2 and later
iPod Touch 5th Gen and later
You can check your device type and iOS version in the Settings menu of your device.
How can I save my game progress?
You can save your game progress in iCloud. For this to work, you need to set up iCloud for your Apple ID. For detailed instructions, please see the iCloud setup instructions: https://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/
When you have set up and logged in to iCloud on your iOS device, you can enable iCloud sync in Zombie Catchers by doing the following:
In the Main Menu of the game, tap the Settings button and select iCloud settings. Select the iCloud Enabled -check box.
The game won't load / game is stuck / game crashes!
Occasionally, the game may not launch at all, get stuck in a particular screen, or even crash completely. This may happen due to a bug in the app, or for no particular reason at all in certain circumstances. If the game is failing for no apparent reason, try one of the following:
Update the app: Make sure you have the latest update installed from the App Store.
Reboot your device: Switch your iOS device off, restart it, and try restarting the game.

How can I transfer my game progress between different devices?
You can save your game progress in iCloud, and restore the progress on another supported iOS device. Check that you're logged in to iCloud on your iOS device. If you need help setting up iCloud, please see the iCloud setup instructions.
In the Main Menu of the game, tap the Settings button and select iCloud settings. Select the iCloud Enabled -check box. When you start Zombie Catchers on another iOS device when you're logged in on your Apple ID, the game will prompt you to restore the latest progress from iCloud. Please note that it may take up to 1 minute from game launch on the new device to establish connection to iCloud and check whether a more recent saved game exists.
I don't have iCloud - how can I transfer my game progress to another device?
Another way to transfer all of your data when changing devices is by backing up your device data via iTunes, and restoring it on the new device.

I lost my game progress!
In rare cases, it is possible that the entire game progress is lost due to an error. In this case, you should try the following solutions:
Check your iCloud settings in the game settings.
Restore your device status from an iCloud or iTunes backup. For more information, see the Apple support page Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
